 * Professional staff means enrolled nurse/registered nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist or registered social worker.
 # Supporting staff means trained physiotherapy artisan, occupational therapy assistant, health worker, personal care worker, home-helper, etc. suitable to provide their respective services.
 @ Personal care includes examples like food-feeding, transfer, showering/bathing, toileting, diaper changing, changing of clothes, etc., but excludes meals preparation/delivery, home making and escort.
