Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV)

The Social Welfare Department launched the Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly (Second Phase) in October 2016. Adopting a new funding mode, namely the “money-following-the-user” approach, eligible elderly persons may choose community care services that suit their individual needs with the use of service vouchers. A maximum of 3 000 vouchers will be issued under the Pilot Scheme for the use of elderly persons in need.
